About the Role
Based at our state-of-the-art Maddington Training Facility, this full-time leadership position is a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce capability within our organization. As the Manager of Training, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic training framework that supports operational excellence, compliance, and career development across all levels of the business.
You will lead a dedicated team of trainers and coordinators, ensuring programs are innovative, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about building a culture of continuous learning.
